Monday often gets a bad rap but I’m here to tell you that Tuesday is the hidden day of evil that flies under the radar to catch you off guard, spill yogurt in your hair (it can happen, trust me), drip grease from the burger you were NOT supposed to be eating (with blue cheese and bacon) and make you trip as you were about to cut out a part of the running course you setup in your yard with snow reflector poles for your driveway in winter.


My top 3 keys to #tuesday survival are below. Pick one, not all. If you do all three, please report back on how it went. 🙂

  • Drink lots and lots of coffee before Noon and wine after Noon
  • Exercise 3 times during the day, drink lots of water
  • Chew on Bach Rescue Gum. All. Day. Long. while spraying every room you enter with Aura Cacia Panic Button mist.
